His holiness the Dalai Lama wrote the following

 "All the world’s major religions, with their emphasis on love, compassion, patience, tolerance, and forgiveness can and do promote inner values. But the reality of the world today is that grounding ethics in religion is no longer adequate. This is why I am increasingly convinced that the time has come to find a way of thinking about spirituality and ethics beyond religion altogether".

As a person who has engaged in Christianity yet always reticent to adopt any label I believe Christ as he is personified in the new testament would agree

 He himself a fellow traveller lifted himself beyond the confines of the religion and culture of his time.....clearly understanding his own nature and so pointed a way. There is a wonderful story in the bible where Jesus asks one of his disciples to leave the boat and walk on the water.....I personally equate this to taking a step beyond religion ....the boat being the religion . This is however a great step and a very individual process.....For some the safety of the boat is still needed and indeed helpful...for others not...we are all on a journey

This is written for those whom would claim to have a monopoly on the truth

True hope is placed in things not seen

beyond our visions , beyond our dreams

beyond our cares and worldly affairs

beyond our tears and through our fears

As if children of truth drinking through straws knowing little of the wine our God pours

embodied in flesh, clinging to what we see

and if what we see is taken away

what we believe comes to disarray

We stumble we fall we judge we divide

to prove ourselves right we say others have lied

It is time to go beyond the doctrines of men

From 20th century Pharisees to fishers of men

from the threshing floor to the open door

from the law of Saul to the revelation of Paul

Can we see facets of truth in ALL?

Can we be rooted, immovable and still

centred completely in our higher will?

Can we shed light to the darkest of minds

whilst trusting its God who gives sight to the blind?

Can we let go of what we think we know?

let our minds be renewed as white as snow

Can we radiate knowing and joy through trials?

let our actions be the first to cause others to smile

We live in a time where people must see

this world is transient, yet eternal are we

the image of our maker with divine authority to manifest peace wherever we may be

A social order with no veil of confusion

united hearts can tear down illusion

Love in action is service to mankind

patience and trust transcends the cleverest of minds

So let us not engage in the arguments of men

our actions speak louder when we are loving them

Christ you are indeed a light in our hearts

lets consider your life as a work of art

painted on the walls of eternity

My question is 
Are we listening ?

Do we sit in front of our TVs
Absolved of all responsibility 
claiming to be happy 
Yet inwardly craving to be free ?

Or do we have the courage to be with our soul and hear the cries ?

To pay attention and see beyond the lies , the ties and attachments we made when we wade goodbye to innocence, when we were children 
To dive down deep beneath the layers

and self limiting sanctions

It’s time to break  free from your group ,your class ,your ideas of who your supposed to be
Turn off you phone !

With it's adverts claiming to make you happy 

Stop for a minute

How is a moment of silence for you?
Does it reveal  how distraught you really are ?
Without your distractions, your shiny new car !

With dull eyes closed heart shopping bags and daily drills?

Life without purpose

With futile hopes for freedom one day 
When you retire to what with your last pay ?

No prince will come and save the day 
External beauty fades away

war poverty

Rising numbers of homelessness  amongst the most vulnerable

The elderly sleeping on streets

little to eat

children sold as sex slaves

knife crime

kids with knives
suicide

young girls engraved as they cut themselves 

because they hate what they feel inside with no sense of pride for who they are !

Kids with I phones taking selfies

yet to bare the scars of their journey through life

as they see their fears manifest only to test ...their will to LOVE....

their WILL to LOVE....

And we say …it makes no sense ….

We say there is no hope  

We say we have travelled the path to wide…

Let me just seek a little comfort inside

For its too painful to see …

this sickness this poverty with its 
Food banks this Austerity !
I cant even bare to look at me !

Yet look we must and change we must

Don't continue to turn a blind eye 
While children starve and people die 
What will you do when it comes to your door your home? 
For it will just wait 
we are not alone 
A globalised world 
it's there for us to see

the school run not much fun when your kid cant run for the fumes in his lungs.

movement on mass

Leaders deranged 
Exit Brexit the Trump card being played 
Wars between nations
People afraid
Walls being built to keep refugees out

Cages being built to keep refugees in

Children separated from parents

Displaced people living in tents

Wake up now!

We are that love...

We forget who we are…

Over identified with limited senses defined by what we see

Yet we are co creators in this joint reality

We have a CHOICE to do it consciously 
Remember we are human BEINGS not human doings 
the quality of your BEING will determine your Action
Like I said remove your self limiting sanctions 
Inspired action creates lasting change 
Reactive minds put us back in the cave 

Ask yourself NOW
Is your life inspired?
Will you stop and take a look
and  move beyond  protesting on Facebook ?
When you see another suffer 
What do you do ?
When you sense injustice 
Does it inspire you to move ?
Ask yourself NOW how can you serve another?
Ask yourself NOW is my neighbour my brother ?
Don't look for the twig in your brothers eye and miss the log in your own 
Don't fight your battles thorough social media and forget those close to home

So rise above all you have ever known and respond to what we are now being shown 
Be inspired to bring about change 
Start with your OWN HEART and the things within range 
BE the change you want to see
Give thanks for ALL you have and choose to be FREE.

The only conclusion to the spiritual journey in this world is service to one another through the vibration of LOVE

My love for you is in the moment ... it is now.... not a future projection but an expression of the integrated heart moment to moment

And now I realise ...
The truth of it !
The commitment we make is to our own heart
We cannot sustain anything but
The journey to the heart from the mind
All other promises will only bind
To love another is to be fully aligned
And trust in the real self is the ultimate find ....

How do I know this ... because fear and insecurity has held me tight
I’ve tried to cling to hold with all my might ...to ones I love

What would I do when this love is gone
Will my heart break ...

Questions ....doubts
Resistance ...projections
The maya of the mind
Clinging to all it can find ....

Yet the beauty of life and all its turns
Means even the yearning
Can come to fruition
Can be the flowering of consciousness
If we simply breath and observe ...

For this this wanting, this holding however it manifests has been the catalyst to unravel a deeper unrest
The unrest embedded in the dark corners of the mind

That fear, separation of any kind
Yet it is fear and doubt that separate
Like a cancer that grows and distorts the truth
But now I see it ... it’s become so clear
An uncomfortable moment ...
Becomes the push to go deep ...

It loses its power as I draw near to the love that is ME.... that is us ..that is ALL
And how have I come to see ..
Because my trust I thought tested
Pushed me deeper on my journey
I saw the parts that have played the story
The poor me,the aloof, the strong and wise one
Yet beyond the story and the parts I saw God in GLORY

I AM
The isness as Mooji might say....

And the love in me manifests you
And you have loved and still love too
your love has helped me to truly trust
That whatever happens in life
I AM ENOUGH

I SEE
That your love
As is mine is not dependant
On transient experiences
or the ego identity
An expression of love forever
Is a beautiful expression
Yet still it exists in the moment ...
As an expression of the moment

There are no guarantees
And this is good
It turns our hearts truly inwards
To find the love and depth
That can only be found within
To stand on ones own promise
And not the consistency of our fellow kin

In this way love flows forever
Yet makes no guarantees
It’s fresh

SYRIA!

In the midst of media brainwashing and wide spread hysteria, we hear the message 

DON'T BOMB SYRIA!

Thousands of people taking to the streets to protest to a government who refuse to meet 

our basic and most human needs as they pursue an agenda motivated by greed

The right to a democracy, the right to be heard , the right to live in a peaceful world 

The right to vote against this war and suffer it's consequences as we've seen before 

when soldiers were sent to Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan with little in the way of a follow up plan 

Women and children, casualties of war are dying in millions across the globe as imperial 

puppets continue to probe .

Influencing sanctions, making arms deals, carving up countries and spinning old fables 

ensuring a seat at the Middle East table 

And so are created the perfect conditions for radicalisation across many nations 

People dispersed from their homes through war, arriving in anguish upon foreign shores

Often times being met by fear, perpetuated by our (mis)leaders who would have us adhere 

to anti Islamic and racist ideology in absence of conscience and without apology !

Do not be mistaken, do not be fooled, wake up and see by whom we are ruled 

Turn off your TV, ignore the news with its business agenda and biased views

Yes the monarch who control the BBC 

 which claim of course the news is free. 

Free from bias with no political stance yet broadcasts continue to show images of France 

Terrible images of death and violence, yet all the time remaining in silence

Silent on Afghanistan, silent on Libya, silent on Palestine, Iraq, Kenya and Nigeria 

Silent on the deaths of children in Syria

Is a Syrian child's life worth any less than a child raised in the comfort of the west ?

Is an eye for an eye the only solution?

Will this be our generations grand contribution?

Mahatma Gandhi comes to mind

"An eye for an eye and the whole world is blind"

It cannot be that we interfere without consequence ... We need to hear !

Hear between the words of a few suited men in positions of power 

who continue to suppress and oppress those who would have humanities welfare at stake 

in order to maintain the old handshake !

Hear beyond the arguments of men and see the forces driving them 

The need for power the need for control , the planet taken apart, no longer whole 

False divisions and make believe borders yet the elite are ONE 

 The New world order ! 

A few families orchestrating wars for nothing but profit while the death toll sores !

But Don't be alarmed and don't be disempowered

You do have a voice and you do have a choice !

There is a war to fight on our own homeland , we must not be afraid or bury our heads in the sand

It is a war !

But it should not be as we are made to believe a war in which we are made to grieve ..... The loss of LIFE!

The loss of a child, the loss of a brother, the loss of a sister, the loss of a mother !

The war we must fight is a war of ideas !

Greed, fear anger and hate are the the sins which dictate actions of war and crimes against humanity

decade upon decade inflicting our insanity as we delve to the depths of human depravity !

We must fight against racism , anger hatred and fear and draw our brothers and sisters near .

We must dig deep and find the strength to raise our mindset above and beyond anything we have ever been told .

We must work together for peaceful solutions to quote Bob Marley "don't look to the confusion " 

His simple wisdom spoke of love not of hate . Let love be your guide let love dictate 

When you ask "what would love do now?" even the simplest of people are always shown how

Love is the force that binds us together and creates bonds which can never sever

Love cannot put morals aside nor will love bury it's head or abide in ignorance as our kin are murdered for the colour of their skin 

Love would not divide humanity into pieces and create an illusion of separate species 

Love in action is service to mankind

Love endures love is not blind

Love would not turn it's back on another and remain in silence while another suffers 

Love would cross land and sea to meet those suffering and help those in need

Love would listen to the crying and the pleas

Love would reach out to refugees

Love would work tirelessly

Love would bring release

Love would seek a way forward for Middle East peace

Love would raise it's voice above the hysteria

To Be Present

All suffering comes from the conditioned mind.
A human being fully present it would seem is a rare find .
To be present in the moment with no regrets or fear of the future.... for  it hasn't happened yet.
To hold that  peace surpassing all understanding which radiates joy when life is demanding
To walk with the wise and wisdom of old, letting go of the stories the collective have been told .... When conditioned  by our parents community and society to follow the rules ensuring our sobriety . 
To be sober for what!
Do I care ! 
Care for such rules that seek to subdue and abuse the light that gives flight to those who would choose  to follow their heart and find their muse  .
Yet the matrix so strong with our do's and our dont's, it matters not the majority vote !
And those that are lost in the collective dream express this behaviour in 2 extremes.
Material pleasures distracting the mind ignoring behaviours which make them blind .
Blind to social and economic disparity and dead to voices that would seek to bring clarity .
Blind to to the environment no longer  to feed as the land is sterilised by hybrid seeds and blind to the effects of the foods we eat these GMO'S and processed meats . 
Blind to violence torture and rape, blind to actions which give rise to such hate that would allow the enslavement  of woman and child resulting in  pain and  innocence abandoned .
And then there are those of the other extreme  embellished in their own internal dream. 
The do's and the dont's give rise to the judge .... the judge within , expressed in the idea of original sin.
I am unworthy not good enough, in need of saving always craving , always yearning never learning that peace is found within . 
Craving attention and seeking validation these fractured minds begin to hate .
Pain turned inwards they self medicate to soften their spiralling  mental state 
Alcohol, drugs, afflictions , addictions and then of course the many convictions .
And those that would avoid the strong arm of the law have many pills to combat ills . 
A quick fix to take away my pain my body's not able my mind insane .
I'm told by many so it must be true take this pill it's good for you !
The medical model and it's dominant rule !
It must be right and good for our health sanctified and delivered by those esteemed and redeemed by status and wealth .
Yet something is happening , an awareness is rising even Science is moving in new directions with Epi Genetics and  Quantum Physics bringing it's corrections.
The body no longer subject to its genes rather able to heal through holistic means .
Mind over matter , the placebo affect is not to be dismissed ,With respect ! 
To think ourselves well what a crazy idea ! Shout the medical community in united fear . 
Audit, measure, observe, record, write it up on shiny white boards .
Don't focus your attention on ideas of ascension, we can fix you  , yes it's true. 
There are however great medical minds who would embrace their skills , whom are loving and kind.
And whilst we must move beyond a mechanistic view , the past can serve to bring greater truths.
The medical model has gotten us this far.
Moving us beyond  superstitions of old where religion and fear kept truths untold .
So science as it moves into a new paradigm sees the universe as  consciousness and studies the sublime . Atomic energy being  all that we see, in the light of awareness  becomes physical reality .
If this is true,  what are we ?
Waves of pure potential new scientists say .
The old boundaries start to fall away .
If all is energy and everything I see all around including me .....Atoms and particles, energy.
If this is us ....we are the same as stardust !
So this is you, this is me,  there's not much difference really.
We have no fixed identity.
We are free!
Free from the conditioned mind which lures the blind and seeks to bind.
Free from the view that separates , divides and dictates as it asserts itself through various ego states . 
Free from the separation age which would divide humanity in many ways ,  by race , by culture ,by country, by wage , by class, by gender, by religion, by age ... A cage. !
Yet free from the cage of the conditioned mind the expanded view gives sight to the blind .
And those that are free move to a new space.
Evolution you could say for the human race .
Philosophy Religion the Arts and Science  merging into one in the light of the sun.
And why ? 
To create a new paradigm , the body in tune with the Universal Rhyme.
Not a structure to be taken apart but a dynamic process to be looked upon as Art
Beautiful  in essence YOU and I .
Our potential unlimited. Look to the skies!
Take a new view
FEEL the expansiveness which is YOU .
And as you experience this expanded state you will find  you are no longer subject to the worlds dictate .
A feeling of freedom gives rise to deep love and feelings of joy and peace all above
Above the lower expressions of the reptilian brain which serves to react when in fear and in pain .
Can you SEE  it ?
Can you FEEL it?
Breath in, Breath out .... BE it.
Oh and to BE this LOVE that arises the LOVE that is US
The enlightened mind says what was the fuss ?

To feel  this LOVE it's enabling , inspiring it nurtures  and gives  birth to a courage I feel rising .
I breath in I breath out .
I stop the lament and set my intent .
Put pen to paper ready to share. 
Why ? Because I care and because I care , I dare!
All this thought is put into action as I remove my mask and self limiting sanctions .
It is only LOVE that teaches LOVE in a society that values academia above the kindness of a human soul that has suffered enough  to come back to being whole .
It is only LOVE that will connect with another, taught to us by the LOVE of a Mother .
It is only LOVE that brings in the light to those wounded in fight or flight . 
It is only LOVE that will bring true healing and take us deeper into our feelings
Feelings of peace that we spoke about above, those feelings of joy and peace and trust .
So trust and let go of what you think you know
Be in the moment , as if a child , be PRESENT , be FREE, be SIMPLE, be KIND .

FEEL this moment FEEL it right NOW you are okay and you DO know how X
